Optimism Helps

When you start thinking of all the bad that is going on, you tend to think more of the bad than you do the good and it leads you into an endless cycle of despair. But when you think of good things and you start looking at the bright side, then a sense of peace and joy begin to fill your heart and you become a brighter, happier person. Constantly dwelling on the good things, even through the worst times can not only help you endure the hardship, but it can help you learn to be optimistic – seeing the good in everything and in everyone
